As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you won't just be filling seats; you’ll be a strategic partner helping us build a culture of excellence. The challenge lies in balancing high-volume recruitment with a focus on quality and diversity. You’ll have the autonomy to lead the full lifecycle of your roles and the opportunity to act as a consultant for hiring managers.
What You Will Do 👇
Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of business-critical roles.
Proactively source and engage with passive talent through creative channels and market research.
Partner closely with hiring managers to define profiles, set up scorecards, and guide them through the decision-making process.
Champion a world-class candidate experience, ensuring every applicant—hired or not—walks away with a positive view of Wallapop.
Use data and hiring metrics to track your progress, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve our recruitment strategy.
What We’re Looking For 🔎
Experience leading recruitment cycles in dynamic or rapidly evolving environments.
Demonstrated ability to identify and engage talent through strategic sourcing and networking.
A data-informed mindset, comfortable using recruitment metrics to guide decisions and report on progress.
Experience building strong, trust-based relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders at all levels.
A commitment to diversity and inclusion, with the ability to implement fair assessment practices throughout the funnel.
Exceptional organizational skills and the adaptability to thrive when priorities change.

Experience hiring across Product and Engineering roles.
Do note that all our jobs are 📍 Barcelona based. We follow a hybrid model where flexibility rules. We commit to a minimum of 6 days per month in the office. Each team self-organizes to decide on cadence and in-person/remote rituals.

Expertise Interview - run by the hiring team, focus on the required core skills and the ability to deliver in a given context. This usually takes 60-90 minutes.
Stakeholder Interview - run by relevant stakeholders reflecting the reality of the context of the role, focus on the ability to collaborate & deliver in a cross-functional set-up. This usually takes 60 minutes.
Culture Interview - run by culture interviewers, focus on adherence to Wallapop's purpose and business proposition. This usually takes 60 minutes.
Offer - should you be the right candidate, your offer will be discussed over a call with talent acquisition and will then be confirmed in writing.
