Senior Direct Tax & Transfer Pricing Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Direct Tax & Transfer Pricing Specialist to oversee complex direct tax and transfer pricing activities, ensuring high-quality compliance, strong tax governance, and continuous process improvement across assigned regions and entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and review corporate income tax compliance, tax provisions, ETR forecasting, withholding taxes, and year-end tax processes.
• Provide technical expertise on direct tax and transfer pricing matters, including intercompany pricing and transfer pricing documentation.
• Support tax audits and act as a key contact for tax authorities and external advisors.
• Identify tax risks, control gaps, and process improvement opportunities.
• Drive standardization, automation, and knowledge sharing within the tax function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Taxation, or related field.
• Master's degree or professional tax qualification (preferred, not essential).
• CPA, CA, CFA, or equivalent certification is a plus.
• 4+ years of direct tax and transfer pricing experience in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of corporate income tax, OECD transfer pricing guidelines, and tax compliance requirements.

Skills

• Experience with SAP (preferably S/4HANA) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage.
• Exposure to tax technology and automation initiatives is a plus.
