Project Manager (m/f/d) Content Marketing

• Define global messaging and content needs in close collaboration with Global Marketing Programs, Field Marketing, and key stakeholders
• Own the hero content strategy and shape the core messages that guide campaigns
• Develop compelling storylines for promotional assets and follow-up content across the funnel
• Lead the creation of high-impact narratives, messaging, and content that supports go-to-market goals (awareness, demand, pipeline)
• Build and manage project plans and timelines, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder alignment
• Brief internal teams and external agencies to enable efficient, on-brand content production
• Drive the review and approval process, incorporating feedback and maintaining quality across channels and formats

• 5+ years of experience in B2B content marketing.
• Proven track record across the full content cycle: market & trend research, stakeholder/customer interviews, messaging and storytelling, briefing agencies, writing/editing content, copywriting, and blogging.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress and solid SEO knowledge are a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal, presentation, and writing), with the ability to work confidently with colleagues and senior leadership.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a hands-on, results-driven mindset; motivated to collaborate in an international, intercultural team and to deliver in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
