Role Purpose

  • Craft a unified and scalable market positioning that strengthens our presence across multiple industries.
  • Build narrative consistency throughout all marketing, communication, and commercial touchpoints.
  • Launch and optimize data-driven programs designed to accelerate business development and revenue generation.

Key Areas of Impact

1. Sales Enablement & Strategic Assets

  • Create structured and compelling sales materials that define our value proposition and differentiation.
  • Develop clear storylines, playbooks, and vertical-specific frameworks to support business conversations.
  • Use market insights and sales feedback to continuously evolve assets and ensure full alignment between teams.

2. Integrated Communications & Campaign Leadership

  • Design and execute omnichannel communications that strengthen brand perception — from digital platforms to executive thought leadership.
  • Translate complex technical products into accessible, persuasive business messages.
  • Plan and optimize campaigns aimed at targeted audiences, ensuring measurable contribution to the pipeline.
  • Coordinate participation in events, webinars, and strategic partnerships that enhance visibility and engagement.

3. Market Intelligence & Positioning Strategy

  • Identify and articulate our role in the broader market landscape, pinpointing what sets us apart from competitors.
  • Collaborate with sales and product leaders to distill customer insights, buying motivations, and emerging trends.
  • Build structured frameworks for go-to-market strategy, vertical segmentation, and ideal customer profiles.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing within the technology or digital solutions ecosystem.
  • Strong analytical skills combined with creative problem-solving and a growth-oriented mindset.
  • Proven capability to turn strategic concepts into tangible, high-impact initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, narrative development, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on marketer who loves execution as much as strategy, and operates with full ownership and initiative.
  • High level of autonomy and capacity to prioritize in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
  • English fluency required; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
  • Experience in platform or infrastructure-oriented technology environments, where solutions are not standalone products but part of a broader ecosystem involving cloud, networking or distributed systems (e.g. cloud platforms, telecom environments, network software, infrastructure orchestration, or hybrid IT environments)
  • Background in telecom, cloud, networking or engineering-driven environments, enabling fast understanding of complex technical solutions
  • Ability to ramp quickly and build strong domain understanding in a short period of time
