What will you do?
- Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services
- Create, maintain, and update a customer database
- Consolidate and expand the customer base
- Record call history and customer interactions in detail
- Ensure consistent follow-up with customers
- Monitor competitors and develop effective sales strategies
- Handle customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions
- Analyze market trends and customer data
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships within the German market
Candidate profile
- C2 level of German with advanced English skills
- Minimum 20 months of sales experience preferred
- Strong CRM experience and ability to use tools effectively
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated mindset
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong business acumen and analytical thinking
- Experience with competitor analysis and strategic insights
- Deep understanding of the German market and cultural nuances
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing ecosystems and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR)
