About the Role:

We are looking for a German-speaking Ads Sales & Onboarding Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will help new business clients set up, optimize, and scale their digital advertising campaigns, driving measurable ROI for their online marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective clients to understand their digital marketing goals.
• Onboard new advertisers and guide them through campaign strategy, setup, and optimization.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to maximize ad spend efficiency.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with key business decision-makers.

Requirements:

• Native or fluent in German (C1/C2) with strong business English.
• Experience in digital marketing, online advertising, or sales.
• Familiarity with major digital ad platforms and campaign structures.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
