THE MISSION: STRATEGIC GROWTH

As a Sales Executive for the Finnish market, you will design bespoke advertising roadmaps that drive real-world growth across the EMEA region.

  • Relationship Management: Build and cultivate deep ties with Finnish clients by introducing innovative digital products and tailored performance strategies.
  • Consultative Selling: Act as an expert advisor, helping businesses maximize their ROI through data-driven advertising insights.
  • Sales Excellence: Consistently hit and exceed targets while maintaining a gold standard of service quality.
  • Active Engagement: Connect with prospects and existing partners through professional calls, video conferencing, and email.
  • Innovation: Play a pivotal role in the Spanish digital ecosystem by fostering creativity and world-class customer success.

WHO YOU ARE

We are seeking a goal-oriented team player who thrives at the intersection of marketing and technology.

  • Linguistic Mastery: Native-level Finnish (C2) and high proficiency in English.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in sales or the digital advertising sector.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree or significant hands-on experience in a related field.
  • Technical Savvy: Familiarity with online advertising tools (Search, Display, or Video networks).
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges.
  • Mindset: A collaborative spirit with a focus on organizational efficiency and quality.
