We are looking for a Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist to join our team in Lisbon (Anjos Office).
Work Model: Hybrid (subject to change in the future)
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Contract Type: Permanent contract with 180-day probation period
Implement optimization solutions and strategies for high-value customers
Manage and optimize mainly Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, etc.)
Create keyword packages, bidding strategies, and budget recommendations
Develop expertise across Google products (GSN, Mobile, YouTube, etc.)
Analyze data and trends to generate meaningful insights and report on KPIs
Minimum 12 months of experience in ads optimization (Google, Facebook, TikTok, or other digital platforms)
Strong knowledge of Google Network Settings (Search Network, Display Network, YouTube, etc.)
Strong Excel knowledge
Analytical mindset
Good understanding of KPIs
Annual Base Salary: €23,000
Language Premium: €3,240/year
Yearly Target Bonus: 5% of annual gross base salary
Average Monthly Total: €2,356
Meal Allowance: €7.63 per working day (net, meal card)
