Key responsibilities
Design and deliver quantitative analyses to support product, business, and growth strategy.
Combine and transform data from large datasets to enable analysis and reporting.
Build insight-oriented dashboards to support decision-making across teams.
Collaborate with Data Engineers to design and improve data models and internal data products.
Collaborate with Product Managers and Software Developers to plan and execute business initiatives, identifying data constraints and new insights opportunities.
Define and coordinate product analytics tracking strategy, including instrumentation design and event taxonomy governance.
Establish and own data quality standards, including automated monitoring and alerting; proactively identify and resolve data issues.
Enable data literacy across the organization by training teams to use dashboards, interpret metrics, and query data independently.
Must have
5+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analysis roles with proven ability to work with large datasets.
Strong SQL skills and proficiency with at least one BI tool (preferably Qlik Sense).
Hands-on experience with cloud data warehouses (preferably BigQuery on GCP).
Experience analyzing event-based data (e.g. user journeys, funnel analysis).
Exposure to industry-standard analytics and orchestration tools, including dbt, Git and Airflow.
Familiarity with Python
Excellent communicator with a talent for cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and empowering teams through training and documentation.
Solid business acumen, translating data into actionable insights with a curious and solution-oriented mindset
English proficiency
Nice to Have
Background in AdTech sector, understanding of digital advertising ecosystems
Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Understanding of ML/AI concepts
