Description

We are seeking a results-driven WW Commercial Marketing Lead to deliver on HP’s ABM, Channel & SMB marketing strategies across priority accounts, partner ecosystems, and small-to-medium businesses.

This role is responsible for driving a unified One HP commercial narrative, accelerating pipeline and revenue through account-based marketing (ABM), scaling channel-led demand generation, and strengthening HP’s position as the partner of choice for SMB customers seeking simplified, outcome-driven solutions.

The role leads a team of experienced specialists and works closely with global and market stakeholders, as well as alliance partners and agencies, to orchestrate integrated, insight-led marketing programs.

Success requires a strong blend of strategic leadership, commercial acumen, ecosystem thinking, and data-driven execution.

  • Accelerate revenue growth through targeted ABM strategies across priority accounts and segments.
  • Scale SMB demand and conversion globally, positioning HP as the trusted, end-to-end ecosystem partner.
  • Enable channel partners to win, driving pipeline, velocity, and share through co-marketing and co-selling motions.

Key Responsibilities:

ABM Strategy & Growth

  • Work with business units and markets to define and lead a WW BPS ABM strategy targeting priority accounts and high-value segments.
  • Develop tailored, insight-led content plans aligned to market needs, customer priorities, buying groups, and outcomes.

SMB Segment Growth

  • Develop and execute a global SMB marketing strategy (10–499 employees) focused on demand creation and conversion.
  • Position HP as the single, trusted ecosystem partner, simplifying IT complexity across devices, security, and services.
  • Identify growth opportunities across verticals and regions, translating insights into scalable programs.

Channel Marketing & Enablement

  • Lead channel-first marketing strategies, recognizing partners as the primary route to market.
  • Design and scale co-marketing and co-selling programs to drive pipeline, attach, and revenue.
  • Equip partners with ready-to-deploy campaigns, tools, and assets to accelerate local execution.

Demand Generation & Pipeline Acceleration

  • Work with the Performance marketing team to architect and orchestrate integrated demand generation programs across ABM, digital, and partner channels.
  • Drive full-funnel performance, from awareness through to pipeline creation, conversion, and revenue impact.

Alliances & Ecosystem Marketing

  • Collaborate with strategic alliance partners to co-develop joint value propositions and campaigns.
  • Leverage alliance funding to scale programs and maximize reach and impact.
  • Integrate ecosystem solutions into a cohesive, outcome-led narrative.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and develop a high-performing global marketing team, setting clear direction and accountability.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and performance excellence.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with product, category, sales, and global marketing teams to ensure alignment on strategy, messaging, and execution.
  • Drive consistency in global storytelling and asset frameworks, enabling efficient localization.

Performance & Analytics

  • Use data and insights to continuously optimize strategy and execution.
  • Manage investment decisions to maximize return on marketing spend.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Typically 10+ years’ experience in B2B, ABM, Channel, or SMB marketing
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue impact in a global or multi-market environment
