This is a high-impact leadership role for a supply chain professional ready to move from managing plans to shaping global planning strategy and delivering value. You will lead eight high caliber planners across regions, improve service, cash and cost, and turn complex constraints into clear decisions for the business & symmetric health.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a global team of eight materials and DRP planners across P&I business.
• Run the daily, weekly and monthly global materials and DRP rhythm, connecting regional priorities with business targets.
• Own global allocation of constrained materials, ensuring transparent and balanced decisions across regions.
• Improve service, lead time, inventory, cost and working capital (SHAPE) through stronger planning strategies and execution.
• Increase adoption of planning-system recommendations, digital tools and standard ways of working.
• Turn data and supply risks into clear options, recommendations and decisions for senior leaders.
• Drive continuous improvement in material positioning and distribution to support global growth.

You bring

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, economics or a related field; master’s degree is a plus.
• 12+ years in supply chain, DRP, materials management, S&OP or production planning, ideally in FMCG, pharma, fragrance and flavors, specialty chemicals or consulting.
• Proven leadership of planning teams, ideally 6+ years, with a strong coaching mindset.
• Confident communication and influencing skills, including with senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and advanced planning platforms such as Kinaxis, o9 or SAP IBP.
• Strong analytical capability, including Microsoft Office and Power BI.
• Fluent English; French or another language is an advantage. APICS or DDMRP certification is valued.
