About Visca Web
Visca Web is a digital marketing company operating in competitive international markets, with a strong focus on performance-driven acquisition across SEO and paid channels. We work in challenging, high-competition verticals (igaming) where creativity, adaptability, and data-driven decision-making are key to success.
Role overview:
We are looking for a Senior PPC Specialist to lead and scale our paid acquisition efforts across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and emerging traffic sources. This role requires someone who is both analytical and highly creative, able to navigate complex advertising environments, test unconventional approaches, and continuously unlock new growth opportunities.
Your Responsibilities & Tasks

- Identify and test new acquisition angles, funnels, and messaging strategies
- Work closely with content, SEO, and product teams to align acquisition strategies
- Continuously experiment with campaign structures, targeting, creatives, and landing pages
- Monitor performance and scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency targets
- Stay ahead of platform changes, policies, and emerging opportunities
- Explore and validate alternative traffic sources and acquisition channels.
What we’re Looking For
- 3–6+ years of hands-on PPC / paid acquisition experience
- Proven track record managing campaigns in competitive or regulated verticals
- Strong understanding of Google Ads ecosystem (Search, Display, YouTube)

- You move fast, test fast, and don’t get attached to ideas
- Ability to think outside the box and find new ways to drive performance
- Strong analytical mindset (tracking, attribution, performance breakdowns).
Bonus points:
- Experience in iGaming, betting, lead gen, or other competitive verticals
- You’ve operated in environments where things are not always straightforward
- Exposure to multiple traffic sources beyond Google/Meta.
What makes this role interesting:
- You’ll operate in challenging, high-competition markets where standard playbooks don’t work
- Real ownership (not “execute someone else’s strategy”)
- Direct impact on revenue and growth
- Opportunity to experiment and push boundaries in a performance-driven environment.
- No corporate nonsense
Culture
- We care about results, not politics
- Data-driven but not afraid to test bold ideas
- Results-oriented and accountable
- Collaborative and transparent.
