SDR Team Leader (French Speaking)

- Lead and Mentor: Manage a team of French-speaking SDRs, providing daily guidance and conducting weekly 1:1s and coaching sessions
- Strategy & Campaign Design: Proactively propose and implement outbound strategies and multi-channel campaigns specifically tailored to the French market
- Performance Oversight: Monitor team KPIs and activity levels (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to ensure consistent hit of monthly and quarterly quotas
- Onboarding & Training: Lead the ramp-up process for new hires and continuously refine sales scripts and objection-handling techniques
- High-Level Alignment: Work closely with Account Executives and the Global SDR Manager in a positive feedback loop to improve lead quality and conversion rates
- Lead by Example: Maintain a “hands-on” approach, jumping into the trenches when necessary to demonstrate best practices in prospecting and qualifying senior decision-makers (CFOs, HR Directors, etc.)
