Sales Executive (Swedish Market)

- FULL CYCLE POSITION: you will manage the full sales process, from first contact to contract signature, at least for the first year
- Research and prospect for new clients in Sweden
- Run outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints
- Present our solution to a range of people (C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.)
- Present live demos of our platform to qualified prospects
- Lead negotiations with potential clients from Demo to Contract
- Forecast Sales Revenue, giving full visibility of your deal pipeline
- Deliver small-scale implementations, ensuring accounts meet readiness standards and activation criteria
- Be an evangelist of our solution, also attending fairs and public events if necessary
- Define Quarterly and Annual OKRs with the Head of Sales and Team Leaders
- Work with the SDRs and the Sales Team in a positive feedback loop
- Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth
