You will join the Hole.io studio, one of our most successful games. Ranked in the top 7 worldwide for downloads in 2025, Hole.io is on an ambitious growth trajectory to become a top 30 grossing game globally.
As Product Director (or Lead Product Manager) for Hole.io, you will be the number 2 of the studio, working alongside the Studio Director to shape and execute the product vision for one of Voodoo's flagship titles. You will lead a team of 25+ people organized in 3 pods (tech, core gameplay, progression/LiveOps) and be empowered to make strategic decisions on behalf of the studio leadership.
Define and refine the product roadmap and strategy in collaboration with the studio team
Own prioritization and planning across all three pods (tech, core gameplay, progression/LiveOps)
Create detailed product specifications for new features and improvements
Drive the strategy to increase player engagement, retention, and lifetime value
Manage and mentor the analytics team and future product managers
Lead A/B testing strategy and ensure data-driven decision making
Monitor and optimize key performance indicators, with a focus on playtime and retention
Balance strategic vision (50%) with hands-on execution (50%)
Act as a decision-maker who can operate at a General Manager level
Collaborate closely with the Creative Director on game design and the broader product vision
Support the short-term goal of polishing core gameplay and the long-term vision of introducing meta gameplay

5+ years of experience in product management roles within the mobile gaming industry
Proven track record as a product owner managing entire teams and multiple pods
Strong hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategy and execution
Mandatory data analysis skills and experience making data-driven decisions
Deep expertise in monetization strategies for F2P mobile games
Strong experience in roadmap planning, prioritization, and A/B testing
Previous experience managing product managers and/or analytics teams is a plus
Track record of successful product launches or game scaling is a plus
Excellent communication skills and ability to influence and convince stakeholders
High energy and positive attitude with strong collaborative mindset
Pragmatic and street-smart approach—someone who gets things done rather than just dreaming
Flexibility and ability to handle diverse responsibilities rather than being narrowly specialized
