About the Job
We are looking for a passionate and energetic Partnership Customer Experience Professional (Principal level) to join the Global Partnership marketing team. If you have 10+ years of work experience in marketing / event marketing or related fields, hold a Degree and are located in Barcelona, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Develops and executes partnership enablement strategies for customers to promote HP brand and products/solutions, leveraging the global sport sponsorship agreements of HP
- Crafts and implements seamless customer experiences for our customers and channel partners around the sport events of Real Madrid and Scuderia Ferrari.
- Sets and leads key event processes, including creation of detailed project plans, briefings, content management& speaker definition and leading follow-ups with cross-functional teams
- Participates in developing strategies for customer engagement, feedback collection, and addressing customer inquiries or concerns.
- Conducts analysis on post-event data, including attendee feedback and performance metrics.
- Ensures that all hospitality / partnership activities comply with applicable laws and regulations, including data protection, advertising standards and compliance rules.
- Leads management and motivation of agencies and drives coordination, alignment with sponsorship partners and ensures compliance with agreements.
- Manages budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI including tracking expenses, reconciling invoices.
- Contributes innovative ideas and collaborates with large cross-functional teams (eg. key market stakeholders, global commercial organization, CWC, global marketing, finance, legal etc.), exercising judgment to solve unique and complex problems impacting the business.
Qualifications & skills required
- Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline
- 10+ years of working experience including marketing or event marketing or related field, past experience in sports sponsorship is a plus.
- Good business acumen with strategic thinking
- Strong problem-solving, organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a complex matrix environment also under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
