Location: Barcelona, Spain – World Trade Center
Work model: Hybrid, full-time (39 hours/week)
Languages: Norwegian C2 + advanced English
Salary: €25,330 gross/year + up to €4,470 bonus
Relocation support: Provided

Join TP Spain on a Digital Marketing Ads project, focusing on outbound sales, customer acquisition and account development across the Nordic market.

Requirements:

• Around 20 months of sales experience preferred
• Strong CRM and outbound sales experience
• Good knowledge of digital marketing and Google Ads
• Understanding of the Nordic market and business culture
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
• Target-driven, proactive and comfortable working independently
• Awareness of GDPR and data privacy
