Norwegian Business Development Representative – Google Cloud | Barcelona

Location: Barcelona, Spain – World Trade Center
Work model: Hybrid, full-time (39 hours/week)
Languages: Norwegian C2 + English C1
Salary: €23,876.19 gross/year + up to €3,407.56 bonus
Relocation support: Provided

Join the Google Cloud Business Development team, identifying and qualifying new B2B opportunities across the Nordic market through outbound calls and emails. You'll engage C-level decision-makers, understand their business and technical needs, and match them with relevant Google Cloud solutions.

Requirements:

• IT/cloud sales or outbound prospecting experience
• Good understanding of cloud computing, ideally Google Cloud
• Strong cold-calling and solution-selling skills
• Salesforce/CRM experience
• Comfortable working with quotas, KPIs and large account portfolios
• Strong understanding of the Nordic market
• Goal-oriented, proactive and resilient
