ABOUT OQTIMA

OQtima is an internationally regulated forex and CFD broker on a mission to disrupt the MT4/MT5 market with the lowest commission structure in the industry:

We combine institutional-grade technology — sub-30ms execution, A-grade liquidity, raw spreads from 0.0 pips — with a genuine cost leadership position that no major broker can easily replicate. We're backed by a high-profile partnership with Gianluigi Buffon, and we're building a brand that experienced traders take seriously rather than dismiss as another marketing exercise.

We're a lean, fast-moving team. That means you'll have real ownership, real budget responsibility, and real strategic input — not a seat in a 40-person marketing department executing someone else's plan.

THE ROLE

We're looking for a commercially sharp Marketing Manager who can own the full marketing function — strategy, budget, execution, and performance — for OQtima's international markets. This is a senior individual contributor role with genuine strategic weight: you'll define how we allocate our marketing investment, which channels we prioritize, and how we tell the $1.50 commission story across different trader audiences and geographies.

You'll be fluent in the numbers. You know what a healthy CPA looks like for a forex broker, you understand the relationship between commission savings and LTV, and you can build a media plan from scratch rather than inherit one. You're also a capable manager of agencies, freelancers, and creative vendors — coordinating output without needing a large in-house team beneath you.

Your north star is funded account growth. Every budget decision, every creative brief, every affiliate deal needs to connect back to that outcome — and you need to be able to demonstrate it with data.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Strategy & Budget Ownership

–    Develop and own the annual marketing strategy across all channels, aligned to funded account and FTD growth targets
–    Build and manage the marketing budget — allocating spend across paid, content, affiliate, events, and sponsorship — with full accountability for ROI
–    Define quarterly OKRs for the marketing function and report performance against them to senior leadership
–    Identify and prioritize market expansion opportunities (MENA, Southeast Asia, Latin America, Europe) based on CAC/LTV analysis
–    Translate OQtima's core competitive advantage, into differentiated campaign strategies for each audience segment

Performance Marketing & Paid Acquisition
–    Plan, execute, and continuously optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok targeting experienced MT4/MT5 traders aged 30–45
–    Own paid media KPIs: FTDs, CPA, ROAS, CAC, and funded account conversion rates
–    Manage agency relationships and/or in-house execution to deliver campaigns on time and on budget
–    Run structured A/B testing programs on creatives, landing pages, audiences, and offers — with documented learnings that feed back into strategy
–    Monitor and optimize spend efficiency continuously, scaling winning campaigns and reallocating budget away from underperformers

Content, Brand & Multi-Channel Campaigns
–    Oversee production of all marketing content: fee comparison pieces, market commentary, educational materials, display creatives, email sequences, and video scripts
–    Manage social media positioning with a tone calibrated for experienced, data-driven traders — substance over hype
–    Leverage the Buffon partnership strategically — not as celebrity decoration, but as a credibility signal in markets where name recognition translates to trust
–    Ensure brand consistency and message discipline across all touchpoints: website, paid ads, social, affiliate materials, and event presence

Affiliate, IB & Partnership Marketing
–    Own the affiliate and Introducing Broker (IB) marketing strategy — defining commission structures, activation programs, and co-marketing frameworks
–    Manage key affiliate and IB relationships directly, with a focus on partner quality over volume
–    Develop IB-facing materials that position OQtima's revenue-sharing model as genuinely superior to competitors'
–    Monitor affiliate traffic quality, identify bonus-hunting patterns early, and work with the business to design offer structures that attract genuine traders

CRM, Retention & Lifecycle Marketing
–    Define and execute lifecycle email and CRM campaigns across the full client journey: prospect nurture, onboarding, activation, and re-engagement
–    Design tiered incentive and reward programmes (including trading competitions in the OQtima Trading Masters format) that drive retention without attracting unprofitable behaviour
–    Analyze cohort data to understand where clients are churning and design campaigns to address it

Analytics, Reporting & Market Intelligence
–    Own the marketing analytics stack — ensuring accurate attribution, clean dashboards, and weekly/monthly performance reporting
–    Track competitor moves in real time: pricing changes, commission structures, IB offers, and campaign messaging
–    Provide the leadership team with actionable market intelligence, particularly around MetaQuotes licensing dynamics and competitor margin pressure
–    Use data to make and defend budget decisions — you should be able to justify every material spend with a clear expected return

Regulatory Awareness
–    Ensure all marketing materials — including affiliate and IB content — comply with applicable international financial services advertising standards
–    Maintain risk warning standards and promotional accuracy across all markets and channels
–    Manage compliance review workflows for campaigns before publication, working with legal where required

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Essential
–    4–7 years of marketing experience with at least 3 years in forex, CFD, fintech, or financial services
–    Demonstrated experience owning or co-owning a marketing budget, not just executing within one
–    Proven track record driving FTD or funded account growth through performance marketing
–    Strong strategic thinking: able to build a channel plan from first principles, not just copy last year's
–    Fluent English — written and verbal — to a high professional standard
–    Solid grasp of key forex marketing metrics: FTDs, CPA, LTV, ROAS, CAC — and how they interact
–    Experience managing external agencies, freelancers, and creative vendors

Highly Valued
–    Experience managing affiliate or IB programs in a regulated international broker environment
–    Hands-on proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok for Business
–    Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar)
–    Experience with MT4/MT5 platforms as a marketer or trader
–    International market expansion experience — launching or scaling campaigns in new geographies
–    Knowledge of international broker regulatory advertising standards (FSA, ASIC, or equivalent)

The Right Character
–    You think strategically but execute personally — you're not waiting for a team to build before you start delivering
–    You're comfortable defending budget allocations with data and adjusting them when the data changes
–    You're sceptical of marketing gimmicks — because our target audience is, and they'll see through anything that isn't substantive
–    You thrive in lean environments where scope is broad, decisions move fast, and your fingerprints are on the output

WHAT WE OFFER

–    Base salary €42,000–€55,000 depending on experience
–    Performance bonus up to €10,000 annually, tied to funded account and FTD targets
–    Full ownership of the marketing strategy and budget — a rare level of autonomy for this seniority
–    Direct access to senior leadership with genuine influence on commercial direction
–    A differentiated product story: the lowest commissions in the market, a Buffon partnership, and a clear disruption narrative
