With an impressive portfolio and a strong innovation pipeline, we are currently hiring for a Large Format Marketing Manager for France, to join our hugely successful EMEA marketing team.

The person in this role will own the planning, execution, measurement, and optimization of local/regional marketing campaigns and content strategy with the goal of driving measurable business impact.
The successful candidate will have 5+ years of marketing experience, solid project management skills, good communications and influencing skills, and a relentless go-getter attitude.
If you are our France Marketing Manager, you will have an opportunity to:
Be a strategic partner to the Large Format Print Business in France
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, based on OGSMs, to drive profitable market share and revenue growth for large format business at regional level, with clear objectives and aligned to key marketing platforms.
Analyse the performance and impact of the marketing initiatives, using data and insights to optimize and improve impact and effectiveness.
Direct the development and execute marketing strategies (demand capture & demand creation), content & promotion assets, and traffic & conversion tactics - in collaboration with agencies
Partner with WW, regional and local marketing & sales teams to enable sales capability in channel partners & resellers across the region
Collaborate with search agencies & specialist teams to enable search strategies (SEM/PLA) to drive ecommerce traffic & sales conversion and paid media campaigns.
Lead content strategy and AI search optimization strategies to drive increased presence in the digital shelf and improved conversion
Lead analysis of marketing revenue contribution & attribution for marketing campaigns and eCommerce & marketplace platforms.
Be a part of the local/European tradeshows and events organization committee
Key responsibilities:
Strategy, planning, and execution
Leads country strategies to deliver results
Works closely with category and sales to ensure alignment and focus
Utilizes data to facilitate effective marketing strategy and planning
Designs, plans, and executes demand and lead generation campaigns
Operational excellence
Owns end-to-end marketing campaigns execution, measurement, and reporting
Works with internal and external technical and creative teams as needed
Uses data to identify trends and insights to optimize performance
Develops customer success stories and other end-user tactics
Operates under a customer-first and results-driven mindset
Education and Skills Required:
5+ years of experience in Marketing and/or Demand Generation.
BA or BS degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or a similar field
Strong data and analytical skills (measurement, ROI, forecasting).
Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to build, manage and influence different management levels, agencies & virtual teams
Agility and ensuring timelines are met in activation of campaigns, with strong project management skills
French Native, English Fluent
Personal drive & ambition, desire to collaborate and make things done
Genuine interest in the Large Format print business
Experience in the online space is a plus (e-business, search, paid media, content syndication, programmatic, etc.), including trends and technologies.
