The Large Format Business at HP is undergoing an exciting digital transformation, moving beyond traditional hardware into software solutions and digital experiences. As part of this evolution, we're looking for a motivated and curious Software Product Manager to join our global team.

You will support the definition, development, and delivery of innovative software solutions that power the future of printing ecosystems.
What You’ll Do
As a Software Product Manager, you will:
Independently conduct customer and market research to understand pain points, needs, and emerging trends
Identify key problems and opportunities for new or enhanced products
Define and refine clear value propositions and product positioning grounded in user insights and business goals
Drive data-informed decision-making by defining, tracking, and interpreting KPIs and product usage metrics
Build business cases, opportunity sizing and ROI to support product investment decisions
Lead the definition of product requirements, user stories, and roadmaps, balancing customer value, feasibility, and strategic alignment
Collaborate with developers, designers, and other stakeholders in an agile product development environment
Engage in product validation efforts, from early discovery to post-launch feedback gathering
Own the ongoing success of launched solutions by monitoring feedback, adoption, usage patterns and usage metrics
What You Bring
A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
3+ years of experience as a Software Product Manager or in a closely related product role
Hands-on experience working on software products throughout their lifecycle, from discovery to launch and optimization
Strong customer-centric mindset, with experience translating user needs into clear product requirements and outcomes
A data-driven mindset, with curiosity around KPIs, product usage, and customer feedback
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A team-oriented attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in diverse, international teams
Proactivity, openness to feedback, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Proactivity, ownership, and comfort operating with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
Creativity and critical thinking to approach problems with fresh perspectives
A genuine interest in technology, software products, and user experience
