EMEA Marketplaces Digital Shelf Management

 

Role Overview

We are looking for energy, teamwork, curiosity, willingness to learn and desire to elevate the performance of HP products on marketplaces to drive sales growth.

Your primary focus will be to manage our digital shelf management tools to ensure an effective optimization of HP representation on marketplaces. You will oversee new marketplace deployments, creation and implementation of new KPIs for HP programs, best practice adoption, platform optimization and HP marketplace catalogue management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor digital shelf KPIs across marketplaces to boost HP revenue, report on product availability, compliance, and search metrics, and establish/update analytics frameworks for EMEA.
  • Optimize tools and processes to ensure clear metric visibility and content completeness, manage syndication systems, and coordinate product catalogue management with category teams and country GTM strategies.
  • Lead digital shelf management and stay current on marketplace trends, content platforms, and algorithms; advise on algorithms and performance trends.
  • Offer insights on content quality—including product gaps, ratings, reviews, and share of search—to managers and partners, transforming CX and performance data into actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare collaborative management reports.

 

Digital Shelf & Marketplace Performance

  • Own digital shelf management across EMEA marketplaces, ensuring strong content quality, visibility, compliance, and customer experience.
  • Define and maintain digital shelf KPIs and analytical frameworks across EMEA.
  • Provide expert guidance on marketplace algorithms and performance drivers.
  • Translate CX and performance insights into clear, data‑driven recommendations to drive sales

 

Required Skills & Capabilities

  • Self-directed with a passion to continue to learn and grow, embracing the continuous improvement approach (define-measure-analyze-improve-control)
  • Ability to work with global teams across multiple countries
  • Very strong teamwork orientation
  • Fluency in English

Desired but not required knowledge or capabilities:

  • Any other EMEA language will be a plus
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and Power BI
  • Project management
  • Interest in product category principles (4P: Product, Price, Placement, Promotion)

 

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor/Master degree – Business and Marketing preferred
  • Proficiency with Excel and Power Point
