Tasks

This is a revenue-facing role. The measure of success is not content published or campaigns launched. It is a qualified first meeting with decision-makers (CEOs/CHROs) who were strangers to ActioGlobal before we reached them.

The work has three connected stages: 1) generate content that reaches people who don't know us, 2) detect when those people show a sign of interest, and 3) convert that interest into a first meeting.

The person in this role uses AI tools as a daily working habit across all three stages, multiplying the impact of every action without adding complexity to the process. The responsibilities below follow that logic.

Content Management to generate signals

A signal is any observable action that indicates a named person has engaged with ActioGlobal's content or network: a LinkedIn reaction, a comment, a landing registration, an event attendance, a reply to an email, a forward of a piece of content. Without starting with the signal's outcome in mind, content is waste.

  • Own the end-to-end content lifecycle, from creation and review to adaptation and publishing, ensuring every piece is clearly structured, visually aligned with our guidelines, and calibrated to reach and resonate with senior executives.

  • Collaborate with our design specialist to create increasingly compelling content that provokes more reactions and shares, and in turn more signals.

  • Incorporate new content formats as needed to reach a broader audience and generate more signals. Collaborate with other ActioGlobal team members to do so.


Signal Management to identify interest

Without a system to capture and qualify all signals, all content is just activity. With it, content generates pipeline, the real impact.

  • Own and manage all incoming signals from our network, ensuring they are accurately captured, qualified (decision-maker or direct influencer of one?), and routed through the defined signal management system without loss.
  • Plan and own a clear roadmap to convert each signal into a pipeline.


Conversion hooks to turn signals into first meetings

  • Own and manage end-to-end the mechanisms that move signal-holders toward a first meeting: digital masterclasses, targeted reports, internal events, and curated content sequences.

  • Each hook must have a clear intended audience, a clear objective, and a measurable outcome. The goal is always the same: give a CEO or CHRO who has shown initial interest a reason to agree to a first conversation with ActioGlobal.


Event Planning & Management

  • Identify, prioritize, and secure high-impact event participation opportunities.

  • Lead conversations and negotiations with potential partners and act as the first point of contact with stakeholders.

  • Conduct proactive outreach at least quarterly to maximize visibility and anticipation.


Partnerships & Key Forums

  • Identify and nurture relationships with strategic partners such as business schools, media, and influential forums, and evaluate their potential for generating qualified contacts.

  • Go beyond initial contact to build collaborative opportunities and maximize high-value alliances.

  • Track all outreach and ensure consistent follow-up through alternative channels when needed.


MarTech Management

  • Maintain and update CRM, ensuring contact data is clean, current, and helps the team with actionable insights.

  • Build and manage landing pages, registration flows, platform integrations, campaigns, and AI-driven automation workflows that connect lead acquisition channels to our nurturing and sales pipeline.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven impact in B2B content, external communications, and pipeline generation, with a track record of moving beyond brand awareness into revenue acceleration.

  • Real experience working alongside sales teams to facilitate lead conversion, and with design teams to turn complex ideas into assets that resonate with senior executives.

  • Fluency with CRM management, SEO, marketing automation, and landing page tools, not as a user of tools but as a builder of systems.

  • A data-driven DNA, grounded in real metrics: traffic, pipeline contribution, conversion rates. The ability to translate those metrics into decisions and improvements, not just reports.

  • Fluency with AI tools applied to content creation, signal detection, and workflow automation. Not as a novelty, but as a daily habit that multiplies the impact of every stage of the work.

  • A portfolio that demonstrates content which directly influenced sales cycles or pipeline growth.

  • Proactive, autonomous, and oriented toward work that produces results. Comfortable operating at high speed in a small, demanding environment.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish; you will interact with top leaders worldwide.
