Neuraxpharm is looking for a Corporate Strategy & portfolio specialist based in Barcelona 

(hybrid role) 

Your mission: 

 

As part of the Strategy & Portfolio team, ssupport portfolio strategy and growth by assessing current and future product opportunities, leading forecasting, generating market and competitive insights, coordinating cross-functional and country stakeholders, and leveraging AI-driven analytics to support strategic decision-making, portfolio management, and planning processes. 

Your major accountabilities:  

  • Assess and provide support to the analysis and selection of the current and future portfolio within the group 

  • Lead forecasting and act as coordinator between areas and countries, evaluating product opportunities, leveraging AI tools to enhance analytical quality, efficiency, and decision-making 

  • Analyze market and competitive data to assess potential opportunities and provide insights for key decisions 

  • Provide analytic support in the markets and interface with country commercial teams to provide data driven strategic guidance 

  • Prepare reports and presentations summarizing market insights and trends 

  • Lead and coordinate the annual review of the business cases of the pipeline projects, together with the local commercial experts and corporate teams 

  • Support the smaller countries and new affiliates in their portfolio expansion, identifying opportunities of portfolio products to be launched 

  • Database maintenance to help the group portfolio management 

  • Give support in key strategic processes (Budget & MRP planning, etc.) with cross-functional teams 

 

We would like you to have: 

 

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Business and Strategy Consulting, Pharmaceutical industry-related experience preferable 

  • Demonstrated experience in in-depth data analysis 

  • Proven experience in forecasting, financial and commercial modelling, and product opportunity evaluation in the pharmaceutical industry, combined with practical experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to enhance analysis, insight generation, and decision-making. 

  • Language: Fluent English is mandatory, Spanish & German are valuable  

  • Ability to work independently is required 

  • Critical thinking, consistent organized, result-oriented, efficiency and cooperative, ability for international teamwork and communication skills 

  • Proficient technology skills (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, etc.) are required 

  • Financial knowledge will be valued.
