We’re looking for a Content Marketer to join our Brand and Content Team and take ownership of how Webfleet shows up to our existing workforce while strengthening how we attract future talent.
This is a hands-on, creative, high-impact role sitting at the heart of Brand and HR, with real ownership of internal and external campaigns, storytelling, and cultural activation.

Your challenge:
Be the bridge between HR and Brand
Act as the key connection point between Human Resources and the Brand/Content team
Work closely with HR and Brand team to further develop and strengthen our employer branding strategy
Translate HR priorities into compelling, on-brand communication and campaigns
Ensure internal and external employer branding is aligned with the wider Webfleet look, feel and promise
Own large-scale internal engagement campaigns
Working closely with input and guidance from our HR team, you will conceptualize, plan, and execute internal campaigns that:
Increase motivation, engagement, and sense of belonging
Support retention and internal mobility
Make Webfleet’s culture, values, and opportunities tangible and visible
Support and drive recruitment
Again, working with key direction from and collaboration with HR, you will:
Analyse and define our target recruitment segments
Understand our relevant job market with a marketer’s POV: know our advantages and disadvantages versus competitors for talent and how to leverage them
Develop bespoke messaging, journeys and campaigns to ensure the best people are inspired to apply for the right positions at Webfleet
Help increase inbound applications from target countries through:
Social content
Branding campaigns
Events and storytelling

Be hands-on and accountable
Project manage campaigns end-to-end
Own and create employer branding content (with support from designers, copy specialists, and HR experts)
Measure impact based on data and continuously improve what works
