We are revolutionizing the online ad-serving industry for advertisers, publishers, and networks alike and are seeking to recruit a Customer Success Manager for our Barcelona office.

Role:

Working in the ExoClick Customer Success Team, within the Customer Services Department you will have the responsibility of providing our clients with the highest level of client service. Additionally, you will have targets to meet in generating additional client revenues through sharing product knowledge and upselling.

The Customer Success team works 24/7 providing assistance to all our clients around the globe, through Emails and Live Chat, in a fast-paced energetic environment. The role will involve challenging problem-solving and requires logical and technically-minded applicants.

Responsibilities:

• Point of contact for client communication via Email/Ticket & Live Chat
• Taking ownership of unresolved issues and following them through to the customer’s complete satisfaction.
• Manage workflows/reports to agreed KPIs
• Identify business opportunities for revenue growth and work closely with our Sales department
• Proactively assist customers to optimize and scale up accounts activity. 
• Onboard, assist, and retain customers

Essential Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience (Minimum 2 years)
• You are fluent in/or native English
• Strong oral and written communication
• Multi-tasking abilities
• Demonstrate initiative and proactivity
• Flexibility in working hours to meet business needs
• Proficient with PC-based software and browsers
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable with all types of Adult content websites

Desirable skills:

• Fluent 2nd language written skills especially Russian/ Chinese/ French/ Portuguese/ German 
• Sales experience with online advertising/publishing
• Technical knowledge especially working with HTML, JAVASCRIPT, proxies, etc.
• Knowledge of website construction and/or online advertising

Work Shift: 

Night Shift: Monday - Thursday (working time 21.00 - 07.00)

Hybrid modality: Remote/office work
