As an Art Director, you will be responsible for defining and leading the creative concept, visual identity and narrative storytelling of brand campaigns and projects. You will ensure that all creative executions combine visual language and messaging in a consistent and impactful way, aligned with Desigual’s tone of voice and brand identity.

You will translate creative strategies into powerful concepts, ensuring their correct execution across all channels and formats, from conceptualization to final delivery, including shootings, graphic development and post-production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the creative concept, visual identity and storytelling frameworks for campaigns and brand projects.

  • Develop campaign creative direction, including visual language, art direction and naming proposals aligned with brand strategy.

  • Ensure consistency between visual execution and messaging across all channels and formats (social media, web, retail, paid media and branded content).

  • Supervise and validate creative deliverables, including graphic pieces, copy integration and final artworks.

  • Lead creative development of campaigns, including concept creation, shootings, post-production and final asset delivery.

  • Translate brand and creative strategy into clear, engaging and visually impactful executions.

  • Ensure proper adaptation of creative assets depending on channel, audience and format.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Design, Fine Arts, Communication or similar.

  • Proven experience in Art Direction within fashion, lifestyle, creative or advertising environments.

  • Strong knowledge of visual culture, fashion trends and creative production processes (shootings, graphic design, post-production).

  • Experience developing and leading creative campaigns from concept to execution.

  • Previous experience in fashion / retail industry is highly valued.

  • Fluent English and Spanish are mandatory.
